Start with your entrance
We discuss gate type, available space, existing hardware, power, and how vehicles enter and exit. A swing gate, sliding gate, or operator upgrade needs a different approach. Photos and approximate opening dimensions are useful starting points; final equipment selection depends on a site assessment.
Choose compatible equipment
We work with multiple equipment brands, including LiftMaster, FAAC, Nice / HySecurity, and Viking. We consider gate size, use frequency, and compatible access controls rather than assuming one operator suits every property.
Plan the complete system
Installation planning includes the operator, gate hardware, entry controls, and protective devices appropriate to the system. We can coordinate keypad, remote, or intercom options and explain everyday operation. For managed vehicle lanes, explore our automatic barrier arm services.
Helpful answers
Can an existing gate be automated?
It may be possible if the gate structure, movement, mounting points, and site conditions are suitable. An assessment determines whether upgrades are needed first.
Does installation include a warranty?
We provide a workmanship warranty. Ask for the written coverage and terms for your project; manufacturer equipment warranties are separate.
